Some days I really feel the need to pinch myself.  I love where we moved, that we took the plunge and stepped outside of our comfort zone of our hometown and tried something new.  Hudson has turned out to be exactly what we had hoped for.  The schools are amazing, the community is packed with vibrant residents and the downtown area is enough to make anyone want to put an offer in on a house.  Shops galore, all walkable distance in a cozy setting that is beautifully maintained and always a place to be in any season.

It is the perfect fit for a couple who craves night life, community events and amazing food but does not want the hustle of going to Downtown Cleveland, which is hectic and well, we’re just too cool for that scene now 🙂

One shop we just fell in love with when we moved here is Crazy But True Popcorn.  If you are a flavored popcorn fanatic you have officially met your match.  We didn’t expect much walking in last year, sure, toss me some cheddar popcorn or caramel corn.  Whatcha’ got? ONE nibble in you guys we were literally moaning out loud over how delicious their popcorn is.  There are no words! Drooling and constant Crazy But True popcorn cravings are sure to follow, so you’ve been warned.

The popcorn options feel endless when you’re in the store, candied, savory, premium … all of which can be sampled and many of which I can guarantee you will be leaving with!

The boys are just as obsessed as we are, our frequent visits to this shop is just a part of our routine as this point.  The flavors are undeniably their best asset, and the prices just can’t be beat.

 The boys have their definite favorite flavors :: Cheddar, Rice Krispie Treat, Birthday Cake, Dill Pickle

Dan and I would give our left leg to have an endless supply of : Buffalo Ranch + Midnight Rollo

Some newbies we tried during this visit left us simply smirking with glee – Puppy Chow, Beer, Parmesan Garlic, and World Harvest.

You can visit their store for an amazingly delicious experience, or order from the convenience of your home online.  We have gotten friends and family hooked on this place, and I guarantee you will be too!

Behold the midnight rollo, a ridiculous combination of caramel popcorn, drizzled with dark chocolate and a touch of sea salt.  We ate an entire bag last night, no shame in the game.

The kiddos choices, cheddar + rice krispie treat.  Both as amazing as the other, both bags are left with only a few nibbles.

I cannot wait for you guys to give this shop a try! They have amazing gift packages too, along with event gifts as well.  We are kicking ourselves we did not see the mini bags soon enough.  Check them out! Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, heck your wedding.  The prices just cannot be beat and I know we will be turning to them for anything we host in the future!
